View Full Version : Beef short rib recipes???

I have four beautiful full racks of Beef Short Ribs. Looking for any time and temp suggestions. I was thinking along the lines of 210 degrees for four to five hours. It's not a internal temp thing but more of a tender "brisket like" finished product. Thanks!

I treated the last one like a brisket and went for twelve hours at 200 degrees. I wrapped it in foil after 7 hours and let it go another 5. A long time but worth it-since there is really no work involved. Terrific and tender and fall of the bone(with a little help). Yeah SmokinTex!!!!
