Smoked Skinless Chicken Breasts

Wash 5 Skinless Chicken Breasts & put in large plastic zip bag. Add enough EVOO to fill about half the bag and add Garlic/Parsley Powder and Italian seasoning. Mush bag around so all chicken is covered and place in refrigerator over night.

Cook with 2 oz. Hickory Wood and smoke at 225 for 1 hour then turn over and smoke another hour.

**Tip: Place and extra layer of foil on the bottom of smoker and foil in drip pan. I did not put foil on the rack where the breasts lay and it was easy to clean.

Comes out nice and done, moist, and flavorful. I made baked potatoes at the same time and they were really good.

Having leftovers in the potatoes tonight. Yummy!

Cleaned oven today and it cleaned up nicely.:D

Ourababe...way to go!!! You are doing a great job...and thanks for the pic's. I always forget to take pic's because I have sooo many things going on.
