Do you smoke them low and slow or up at 250 for an hour or so?

I haven't tried chicken parts yet. But someone had posted that a light dusting of corn starch will help crisp up the skin. Someone else will chime in with your answer, Good Luck and don't forget to post how things go with your cookout....Steve
