My local market had frog legs on sale for 2.99/pound, so I bought a few pounds. I was wondering if anyone has any ever smoked them and how they turned out. I would be interesting to know what seasonings you used and how long you smoked them.

I've eaten frog legs in a restaurant, but have yet to see them in a local market (never say never!).

I'd be interested to know as well :)

UPDATE: Smoked several pounds of frog legs tonight, turned out very well, the kids and myself loved them!! I marinated the legs for 5 hours in Caribean Jerk, Soy, Garlic, Cajun Seasoning, Creole Seasoning then smoked at 200 for 2 hours and then grilled to finish off for a few minutes.

Next bach I will have some major heat added as I like meat more on the spicy/hot side! I even have heard that a BBQ baste is quite tasty.
