My wife and I have always thought that our Sam's Club has the best store cooked rotisserie chicken around and I always asked them what they seasoned the chicken with and was told it was a custom blend for them. A few weeks ago I saw that Sam's was selling big bottles of Lawry's rotisserie chicken seasoning that said "featured on Sam's rotisserie chickens". I bought one and this weekend decided to try it on smoked boneless skinless chicken breasts. Rubbed them with a little oil and seasoned heavily with the seasoning. Then I smoked them at 225 with a blend of apple and oak chips. Took about 2 1/2 hours to reach 160. They were outstanding. Not juicy but still moist and tender enough to cut with my fork. The seasoning made a nice crust with a little hint of heat and a lot of flavor. Heartily recommend finding the seasoning if available at your Sam's. Sorry. No pictures. Ate them all before I thought about it. Maybe next time??:)
