Sorry for taking so long on getting back to you on the ribs. I smoke them for 5 hours 225 degrees, Uncovered in the smokintex 1500. I do take the skin off them. Allows more rub to get on the meat. Pete
Hi I just wanted to know how long did you smoke your babybacks and what was the temp. you smoke them at. Also did you remove the skin from the back of the ribs. Thank you Rickp
