    Pete,
Glad to hear it's you. You led me here, and I'm so glad. Best smoker I've ever seen. Sounds like some health problems? Not to be nosy, but whatever the problems have been, hopefully they have passed and you're on to better health. I wish you well. How far are you from Martin? I have friends there.

Dear Smokin-tnpete: Gotta ask, are you tnpete from Walleye Central forum fame? I'm bigwalleye1 over there, bigwalleye here. Had a post over there about smokers, and a reply there by tnpete led me to Smokin Tex, and wanted to see if was you... BTW, just bought a 1400 tonight.

    Is it you?

    Hi
I just wanted to know how long did you smoke your babybacks and what was the temp. you smoke them at. Also did you remove the skin from the back of the ribs.
    Thank you
    Rickp
  5. Thanks..
I have 100% blockage this time. And it has bypassed its self. Seeing a a different doctor Tuesday.
Also Thanks again for getting the forum back up. I hope it catches on and we get a lot of posters in on it.
Also should be 4 or 5 more people ordering smokers by Christmas.
Guessing I may have lots of time to visit it and cook in a few weeks.
    Pete
