  1. Has anyone done beef ribs. If so how long and at what temp.

    Sorry for taking so long on getting back to you on the ribs. I smoke them for 5 hours 225 degrees, Uncovered in the smokintex 1500. I do take the skin off them. Allows more rub to get on the meat.
