  1. I've been cooking around 20 pounds of ribs almost every weekend since I got mine. It's the best thing I've ever seen for smoking meat. I'm so impressed I ordered the 1500 CXLD model!
  2. Got my smoker last week down here in Mexico. Must be the only one in the country, I'm sure in the Yucatan where I'm ranching. Smoked 20 pounds of bone in pork brisket first thing and it blew me away. 8 people "dropped" by the ranch and not one bite left. Very, very impressed. So much so I'm looking at going bigger after I do some more experimenting. All I can say is "WOW!" That old wood burning smoker of mine is history, or rather, a conversation piece now.
