Seafood Rack

I am having issues with my seafood racks. The plating on the seafood racks that I purchased seems to be corroding making my jerky turn green when I make it. I only use soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and some seasoning. I use the seafood racks because I use the eye of the round roast and it works great as the meat doesn't fall through the rack openings.
Is anyone using seafood racks for jerky drying and having issues with the seafood racks?
