ETA: Also, not to tell you your business and this is far beyond the normal discussions here, but I would recommend figuring out how to shut the meta data off with your camera. Clicking your links shows me exactly where you were when you took that picture.

It's not that I don't want any, it's that I don't think I can get there in time for it lol. Re the second part, for several years now if the people that are coming feel like they need to chip in I tell 'em to throw in what they think they should for money, and let me do the shopping and cooking. I've assigned a side or dessert or something to bring a few times. But yeah, I wouldn't ever rely on somebody else to pick brisket/ribs/butts out for me. Hey, on the bright side the space concerns wound up not being a problem!

Yes, guess these should feed 12 people when complete. It's for a wedding shower for his daughter, still, next time I pick and pay me later.

14 hour cook. My only regret is the market trimming way too much.
