    I found that at 30 degrees it stabilized about...

    I found that at 30 degrees it stabilized about 25-30 degrees lower than the temp setting
    I put a thermometer in the smoke hole.....better than too hot!


    On the next smoke I found same...

    A local butcher has great jerky, but the best seems to be pork!
    I d like to try that.

    newbie 1400 cooking in colder weather
