New use for SmokinTex Jalepeno holder!
I found myself wanting some boiled eggs, but I could never get them cooked just right. Then I decided to try my SmokinTex jalepeno holder on the grill.
325, 30 minutes.
Eggs came out perfectly cooked, and peeled much easier than traditional boiling.

Smoked Spam is the best have people hooked on it for sure. Will give the eggs a try also. I know meatloaf is unreal off the smoker.

Doctor told me years ago to quite smoking, So I quit cold turkey. But will never quit smoking with my Smokin Tex 1500

Great question!
I used my grill. I stated that above, but I believe that the fact we are on the SmokinTex forum, that little fact got lost
I love cooking eggs this way, and will no longer bother with boiling them. That is how happy I am with the results.
