Default Baby Back Ribs using 3-2-1 Method

This weekend I smoked 3 racks of baby back ribs and they were awesome. I used the 3-2-1 method as recommended by the SmokinTex website. I had an applespice rub and then smoked with 3 oz of applewood. My family said they were the best they ever had.

What type of wood do you guys use/recommend?

I did some ribs with a sweet rub and I used Cherry Wood. They tatsed very good. I also used a glaze that I made out of cherry coke on one of the racks and that came out tasting very sweet.

I typically stick with fruit woods for lighter meats such as pork shoulder and ribs. All of these sound awesome and you are making me hungry! Denton is not that far, hmmmmmmm
