    Default Beef Snack Sticks

    Smoked up 3 lbs of beef snack sticks today. Smoked at 200 until they reached an internal temperature of 160.

    Bigwalleye,
    I used the Snack kit made by Hi Mountain. Includes everything but the ground beef. I have adjusted the smoking temp to 180 until internal temp reaches 160. Lower temp keeps the fat from breaking down.
