Our Smoked Chicken Fajitas were outstanding!

We followed this great SmokinTex Forum post on smoking a brined chicken and devoured most of it on day one. On day two we reheated the chicken, sliced it in strips, added all the fajita fixings we wanted and-boy were our fajitas good!
