I am celebrating the one year anniversary of obtaining my Smokin Tex 1400. The best birthday present I have ever received. Because of having a quality smoker that is so easy to use and maintain, I use it all the time and get to beam with pride at the results that I am getting. It used to have to be a warm day with no wind before I would consider even trying to smoke with my old charcoal water smoker. Now if I am walking through the meat department and some ribs call out to me,I don't think twice. Thank you to all my fellow posters for the tips and recipes that have made the learning curve very short. Smoke on!!!!!
