First up for the weekend Brisket. Picked up a 7lb brisket from my local butcher.
Smoker prepped with Apple chunks and a couple charcoal briquettes.



Brisket is from local raised beef. Trimmed up. A coat of Famous Dave's Burger and steak rub along with a coating of Trader Joe's Coffee and garlic rub.





Into the smoker at 225. Off to bed. Updates tomorrow.
