    Pit beef and peppercorn boneless turkey brest.

    3 lb bottom round roast rubbed with salt, pepper and garlic.


    Black peppercorn turkey brest.



    225 with cherry chunks and a couple pieces of lump charcoal.

    Time to wrap and place in the cooler to rest before slicing.




    Turkey sliced for lunches this week.

    Pit beef sandwich oh yeah.
    Pit beef with BBQ sauce, horseradish, thinly sliced onions.
