My bad, I left out the Bay leaves, but were still excellent and enjoyed.

    Mr. Edís Onion Recipe

5 Vidalia sweet onions chopped fine,
    olive oil, salt,
    pepper, garlic,
    bay leaves and
the main seasoning is Sazon con cilantro y achoite (Coriander & Annatto)
For five onions I used two packets. .
cook for one hour at 200* using only one oz. of Northern Red Oak.
Keep Heat low as you donít want to caramelize the onions

Cooked burgers and dogs for Family Day after Church. They went with the hotdogs and some put them on their Burgers, but mostly the dogs.
One person ask for the leftovers. Sent picture to Mr. Ed and he pointed out the lack of Bay Leaves from the picture. He said it's actually a
Porto Rician dish, but when he did his he said he could have made 2 Batches and it would have been gone.
My wife loved them, but after putting them in Refrig overnight, they really get an enhanced flavor. I forgot to put that in the above Recipe.

Give em a try and see what you think. You can easily cut the amount of everything in half. I just guesstimated on the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
