    Cool KCBS Pork Tenderloin

Been wanting to try this for awhile. Well today is the day. Followed the recipe that's in another post here on the forum. Loaded up the doghouse with a couple chunks of cherry and 3 charcoal briquettes. Removed loin from the ziplock bag it had been marinating in all night. Into the smoker at 225.

    Stay tuned for updates.

    Internal temp of 157.

Time to remove from the smoker. Covered half with ST BBQ Sauce. Going to let rest for 15 minutes or so.

Winner Winner Pork for dinner. All I can say is wow. Why did I wait so long to make this.

Whipped up a side of home made Spanish rice to go with it. (Strange pairing I know).
Tried sauced and unsauced. Must say I preferred the sauced. Will be makeing this again soon.

The candied bacon is to die for..
