    ok, got back here to give the update. The replacement smoker tripped the GFCI outlet. After getting past that then did some test cooking runs that failed. Then tested the temperature. Set the temp to 250, monitored the temperature using a digital temp oscillated between 114 & 137, average out to 225. So looks like max temperature it will hit is 225. Advised their support a while ago.
