    Here's today's effort. Three racks of baby packs and a couple andouille sausages for the "after mowing" party. Got a couple stouts and some good brown mustard in the fridge waiting on them.
    I believe in catch and release fishing. I don't want to EAT 'em all, I just want to GREET 'em all!

    Serving at 5, with beans and cornbread. Better be flying!!!

    Thanks, Soda. The verdict is in on them, Mrs Walleye said they're the best ever. A little sweet, a little sticky, a little salty and a little spicy, with a nice bark and no crutch.

    Honestly, the smoker would still be worth having if this is all it did, but we ALL know better than that.

    Oh, and the andouille sausage app was perfect with a little spicy mustard and a cold stout after the yard work was done.
