    Hi All,
    My 1400 is on the way! After break-in, I need to smoke 2 store-bought, bone in hams.
    I can't screw it up because 40 people will be partaking on Christmas Eve.

    I know this is a newbie question, but hey, I'm a newbie to Smokin Tex!

    Please let me know if you have any tips.

    J, i did a search and found what your looking for.
    Go to search field and type in " Pecan Praline Honey Ham my way!" or just "Pecan praline" it will find a post by Cajun Boy. Your 1400 will make you do this Twice but that's alright too. You can hold it in oven at the lowest temp if you going to serve warm.
    When you enter in the search fields and you know who the poster is (Cajun Boy) go ahead and fill that in as well. You will be able to find a wealth of information on whatever your looking for sometimes faster than you get responses.
