    Default Game Day Goodness

    First up ham and turkey. Rubbed with yellow mustard and rub applied. Will run through the slicer for sandwichs when finished.



    Smoking at 230 with 4oz of apple wood. Looking for an internal temp of 160.



    Next up stuffed jalapeņos. Stuffed some with cream cheese and others with cocktail smokies. Wrapped with bacon and summer peach rub applied.

    Round 1 finished.



    Will let these rest and cool before slicing.
