    Default Back to Basics

    Picked up a pack of pork shoulders from Sam's Club. Total weight close to 16 lbs. Trimmed up, rubbed down with yellow mustard. Applied my favorite rub.

    Loaded up 4.5 oz of apple wood into the smoke box



    Into the smoker. Set temp to 230.
