    Default Pork - Itís whatís for lunch this week

    Discovered this boneless pork shoulder picnic in my travels yesterday. Though would be great to slice up for lunches this week. Also trying out a new rub.
    Loaded up the Tex with some hickory and letting it rock at 230 until the internal temp reaches 180.

    Hit the stall at 162. Wrapped in butcher paper to help it motor through the stall. Looks and smells amazing.
