    Default Reubenís

    Fired up the 1400 to make some pastrami. Smoked it with a couple ounces of cherry wood. Smoked it to an internal temp of 200. Sliced and grilled up some reubenís For dinner tonight.

    Outstanding looking cook, Soda!! Made me remember the Corned beef sale i cleaned house on after St Paddy's day! I need pastrami in my life!!
