    Default Pork Loin

    I have about 60# of pork loin for a Christmas Party rubbed and ready to go.

    Not sure if my 1400 will have enough space between racks to fit all of them in for a single cook, or if I'll need to split it into two.

    Either way, it's going to be delicious!
