Great day for making a couple batches of beef jerky. Top 2 racks are Dr. Pepper Jalapeņo. Bottom 2 racks are Mexican Beer Jalapeņo. First time trying these two recipes. Smoking at 200 with apple chunks for the first 2 hours. Them dumping the ashes and reducing the temperature to 130 with the jerky dryer attached for a couple of hours.
