    Default Pastrami for Rubens

Soaked corned-beef overnight to remove some of the saltiness. Rubbed with my homemade pastrami rub. Into the smoker until IT of 201. Rubens for dinner tomorrow night.

Anyone have any tips for posting the photos so they are not sideways?

Sideways or right side up, I'm of no help, Soda. But if you need a taste tester, with THAT I could be of some assistance..... Both looking great, as usual!
I believe in catch and release fishing. I don't want to EAT 'em all, I just want to GREET 'em all!
