Luke Clayton here. How about trying my SMOKED STUFFED BELL PEPPER??
Use red or yellow bell peppers. Begin by browning some hamburger meat or spicy breakfast sausage. Add some cooked Jasmin rice (as much or little as you like), a little chopped onion (IF you like onion), then add a little of your favorite Salsa (chunky is good). If you like cheese, add a little graded colby (or your favorite). After the meat with ingrediants is done, stuff in the peppers and place in the Smokin Tex (225 degrees) for 40 minutes. Use only an ounce of wood (your choice). This stuff is ABSOULUTELY AWESOME!...Give it a try!
