    Hope the admin hurrys up and posts the pics. Is this home made kielbasa or store-bought & smoked? If home made, could you post your recipe?

    Store bought. I am currently working n leaning with someone that makes his own..so I am in training to make my own.

    I smoked some uncooked links in my CXLD this weekend using Hickory and they were great!
