Default To die for rib/brisket rub

Many years ago I bought a rub that was sold by some kids as a fund raiser. Loved it but couldn't find it again to buy more. I started playing around to come up with my own rub and this is what I came up with. I have had overwhelming positive response from anyone whos has tried my ribs and briskets using this rub. I have never shared it with anyone so I want to put it on this forum and see if I can get feedback from others that may cook with it. Hope many of you try it and leave feedback on it.

    3 tbsp brown sugar

    Looks interesting, Kellym,

I'll give this a try and let you know how it comes out.

    Kellym,

I use "Big Bad Beef Rub", found here: http://amazingribs.com/recipes/rubs_..._beef_rub.html

Give the site a look/see. Tons of great information, especially with regards to meat science, wood, and seasonings. You may just find it interesting
