Well today I am trying my first attempt at loaf pan chicken. I took 2 whole chickens and dropped each of them into a bread loaf pan. The first one is patted down with a basic dry rub, then I drizzled 1/2 stick of butter over the top. The second I rubbed with olive oil and then patted it down with a basic rub as well.
The smoker was prepped with 2.2 oz of hickory and set at 225. I will check in a 4.5 hrs. I'm thinking they will be great!!
