Default Finally have Baby Back Ribs down!!

After ruining about 8 racks of ribs, I have finally got them right.

    Baby Back ribs from Costco
rub is 1/4 cup of each paprika, kosher salt, turbinado sugar. 2 Tbs. black pepper, granulated garlic.
Rub on about 5 to 10 minutes prior to smoking, if the rub sits on the ribs much longer, the ribs tend to come out dry.
Smoke with apple wood at 250 for 5 hours.

My smoker's heat runs a little low so my setting of 250 is actually closer to 235. No need to wrap in foil, no spritzing, they come out moist and fall off the bone.

    Scott,
Great choice of wood for ribs IMO! Hickory can be overpowering if not used correctly
