    Default Amount of chips for 11lb turkey

    Hey guys (& guys-ettes),

    Smokin an 11lb bird for xgiving in my 1400. Thinking approx 5oz chips. That about right ?

    IBDANL....sounds about right...4 to 6ozs, however, I have much better results with chunks than chips!!
