    Default injecting a brisket

Can a brisket be injected like chicken or turkey and, if so, how and with what?

Ameyer....absolutely...just make sure you retain the natural beef taste. Use a beef broth mixed with your favorite rub and I think you will love it. I use a long needle and inject from the sides of the brisket...most are too thin to inject from the top. If you want to use a store bought injection try these. Two of my favorites are the Cajun Injector Marinades...Crelole Butter and Rosted Garlic & Herb!!!!

Thanks so much. I had bought Tony Chacheres Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade and had wondered if that would work. S

For a Asian flavor, try a Kalbi marinade. I did one last summer, and it's still the best thing my daughter thinks I have ever made. She called it "meat candy".
