Seem to be having some trouble with pix, but the Country ribs were pretty tasty. While my favorites were the sauced sugar based rub, my wife's, predicatably, were the unsauced salt/pepper based ones. Was a good experiment, and having 4 varieties added some options. Leftovers to work tomorrow. Not looking to have them judge, however. It's an office environment. Good Q is consumed as readily and with equal enthusiasm as bad brownies.....
