    2 butts after 6hrs smoking at 235. Internal was 192. I foiled and will probably remove in a couple of hours. They felt like I could eat them right now.

    I set the smoker down to 200 and then pulled the meat after 8 hours. I FTC it for another 4 hours. removed for supper and internal was still 170. We like our meat piled high and no sauce. Right now I am so stuffed I don't know if I will be able to get down the pecan pie the wife made for dessert.

    I am not much of a carpenter. Tables just plywood and 2 by 4 construction, but it works. I also was able to get rid of some stain and polyurethane that has been setting around on the shelf for years.

    Thanks guys....I am still eating on the pork and froze some too....Also thanks for all your contributions to this forum. I browse a lot, but usually don't post much.
