    Default Smoked Burgers

    mix in crumbled blue cheese, crimini mushrooms, and a dash of worcestershire into the ground meat. smoked at 225 for 2 hours using a mix of hickory and apple wood. came out juicy and so tasty!

    never heard of crimini mushroons. how much wood?..sure sounds good

    I think they're similar to white, button mushrooms, commonly found in grocery stores, but with more of a light brown color.

    mneely 490, you are dead on correct.

    Another name for this tasty fungus when they grow to full size - they are called Portobello. I find them tasty in any size.
