Ameyer....they turn out great!!!!! Smoke it at 225 for about 3-5 hrs or until internal temp hits 140.

I have used the recipe/techique in this post: http://smokintex.com/forums/showthre...ney-Ham-my-way! several times and it has come out great. I plan on doing it again this Thanksgiving and recommend you give it a shot. I actually usually buy the spiral sliced half-hams to use in my 1400. That way I skip the scoring step and the glaze gets all the way down into the ham easily. I also use the aluminum 1/2 size steamer insert pans (you can get these at Sams or Costco) instead of my drip pan.
