Default Takes a poking and "Keeps on Smoking"

A few weeks ago, we in Texas had some crazy strong winds. 60, 70 mph gusts.

Long story short, we don't have much protection from the wind. I woke up the next morning to find my 1500 flat on its back. The wind blew it in a semi-circle, then blew it flat over.

I just knew my smoker would be DOA.

I waited a few weeks for the snow to melt and the weather to warm up. Wouldn't you know it.... smoking just like she always has! I'm throwing a brisket in tonight to celebrate a friends birthday tomorrow.

    Gotta love these smokers!
