I'm smoking some SL style ribs and i,m going to use the 3-2-1 method. Do I have to put any juices of any kind when ai warp them?

Sorry I missed your question....it is a preference to each individual. I like to add a little apple juice straight up....or if you want to become a Pro....a sprinkle of brown sugar, some honey and some butter spread...wrap and then fininsh.

PFB, take a look at this awesome video by a SmokinTex customer on our website. His explanation of the 3-2-1 method is very informative.
    Happy smokin!

Thank you very much, Administrator. That was a great advice. I've had several successful smokes on beef back ribs and pork ribs.
