    Default Model 1100

I bought a 1100 and like it very much but I'm not sure if cooking two boston butts in it will work because it is very small and the butts will be very close.Need help.

As long as they don't touch, I think you'll be fine.

Even if they touch a little....it will only affect the bark where they touch.

I'd monitor your internal temps, depending on your temp unit, one or two probes, look for 200 degrees. I'd be more inclined to monitor the smallest of the group if you only have one probe, and put it on the bottom shelf.

You may need to pull that one and foil-towel-cooler it until the others are ready.

In the alternative, monitor the largest one and when that's done, the others will be a little overdone, likely. The only real danger is they'll be tougher to remove from the smoker in one piece, but they'll still be killer tender.
