Thanks, Cajun Boy. Unfortunately I have not made the trip to Academy yet.

I'm curious, what is the ok cha?

I made some jerky this past weekend using the dryer and the high mountain mix. It made some of the best jerky I have had. A suggestion would be to only use one maybe two small pieces of wood so it's not too over powering. The dryer was a Great purchase and well worth the money. We will be making elk jerky next.

    Cajun Boy.
It's nice to hear some of the "home town slang".

    Cheers. Alex
