    32 LB's of Boston Butt's in the 1400, what's a little snow with a SmokinTex?!?!!

    I've seen pictures of folks in Alaska smoking at 40 below. The fat running out the bottom of the ST looked like a giant "fat-sicle".

    Cold weather in Cincy won't give this smoker any problem.

    Sweet! I will post the entire cook again. 32lb's is the largest quantity I have ever done and it turned out great!
